The organisation
The community of participants forms the basic capital of Elannet. The participants are the professionals that inhabit the Community Network. They use that network to recruit each other for the projects they focus on. These projects can be found on the Market Place, but in their mailboxes as well. Elannet has two market places. One is completely free. As a result of that it might get polluted. Therefore Elannet also operates a warm market with a cybernetic management system to keep it clear and clean.
Engagement Network
Participants dispose of a Engagement Network which enables them to co-operate with each other, with their clients and with Elannet. The Engagement Network provides tools for project control and cybernetic management.
Engagement Framework
New working methods demand new regulations. Therefore the Engagement Framework provides sets of models and instructions typically designed for Elannet. Participants are free to make use of these regulations. If they do so Elannet becomes a co-contractor in the project proposal.
