Using Elannet as your resource pool
Participate in the Elannet community
Your employees can use Elannet as a Resource Pool. They can search it or send an agent into it. Elannet offers the opportunity to dispose of all resources. Communication, workspace and project control are easily arranged in the Delivery Network. Deal making is foreseen in the Delivery Framework. Your employees can either act as project managers or select one from the Resource Pool. Without substantial costs your employees have continuous access to the capabilities and expertise of the Elannet community. In fact they can be part of that community themselves.

Invite the Elannet community
To make use of Elannet your employees don't necessarily have to be Elannet participants. Your company can also put invitations for tenders on the Elannet Market Place. Elannet operates two markets: The warm and the cold market. Invitations on the cold market address the world and the world can respond to these invitations directly. Elannet does not put a filter on the response.

On the warm market the invitation for tenders is regarded as an invitation to Elannet. Therefore Elannet will filter the response and recruit actively in her resource pool. As a client you can specify what kind of response you would like to receive.
Invitations are not binding and can result in several offers. Elannet participants and other respondents are free to treat you as their client as well. Participants can act with or without the Elannet network. For Elannet the Warm Market is not meant to gain market power but to reinforce resource allocation.
